Congratulations to the RMS Student and Teacher of the Month!
Giovani was nominated by Mrs. Heffley. This is what she said:
“I would like to nominate Giovani Meza, he was doing a "partner read" in class with a student who speaks no English and was patient and guided that student through the material as he and his table group read the information slowly and articulately!”
Mrs. Hunt was nominated by Mrs. Burden and Mrs. Sparks. This is what they said:
“I would like to nominate Christina Hunt for teacher of the month! Mrs. Hunt has gone above and beyond collaborating and organizing materials for the career awareness class that many of us are teaching in 6th grade. Christina has made copies, ensured content is created, and been an amazing team player! I’m grateful for her hard work that has made this transition easier on us all!”
“Christina Hunt has been an enormous help with Career Awareness class! She has printed off and shared great resources for all 8 teachers and gone above and beyond for us! A true team player!”
