Identified gifted & talented students in grades 3-5 meet 150 minutes one day each week with an elementary G/T specialist in one of the G/T resource rooms:

Students in 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade meet with their assigned GT teacher in the GT Classroom at their elementary campus.

Differentiation in the G/T resource room focuses on content, enrichment, and extension of basic skills. The curriculum has been designed to address critical and creative thinking skills, research skills, independent learning and product construction. Affective behavior is examined to help students better understand themselves, others around them, and to develop personal responsibility for their learning.
